SERVICING

All vehicles leave our premises fully serviced by one of our highly trained technicians and come with a 12 months MOT and Warranty. All vehicles have to pass a comprehensive 59 point check before they are collected. A fresh 12 month MOT certificate is also attached with every vehicle sold.

Our customers can rest assured that all of our vehicles regardless of age, price, or mileage are prepared to an exceptional standard. We welcome any of our potential customers to have an independent assessment made of any of our vehicles prior to purchase.

WARRANTY

All of our vehicles are offered for sale with a comprehensive 12 month warranty. This warranty covers both labour and parts, and as many claims may be made as required. The warranty company is MOTORPLAN and can be honoured by any VAT registered garage in the country. It is also possible to upgrade your cover and to extend it to a maximum of three years. AFTERSALE CARE

Usually when purchasing a vehicle, you will never have any further dealings with the company again. At Hartshed we do things differently. We believe that the point of sale is only the beginning of our relationship. We will always be available to answer any of your questions and try to sort out problems as quickly as possible. If you experience problems with your vehicle then our fully experienced technicians are available to investigate or give you technical advice over the phone. We can be used as a source of information regarding any queries concerning either vehicles or the servicing and/or repair of vehicles. All of our customers receive a special discount pack entitling them to cut price servicing and MOTs. Our aim is to make your experience of buying and owning your vehicle as special as possible. After all, nobody will keep a car forever and we would like you to come back and purchase vehicles from us again.

FREE NATIONAL DELIVERY

We are able to deliver our vehicles nationally. There is no charge for delivering a vehicle within mainland Britain. Should you live outside Greater Manchester and wish to view one of our vehicles then we will make a contribution towards your train ticket or petrol costs. Further details are available on request.

There is a state of the art workshop on site, which is staffed by fully trained mechanics of many years' experience. Whatever the problem with your vehicle, you can count on our technicians to locate and remedy the problem as quickly and cost effectively as possible.
